Unicornuate uterus are class II mullerian duct anomalies, accounting for 2.4 to 13% of these cases. They are frequently accompanied by renal and/ or skeletal maldevelopment. Fallopian tube agenesis or isolated tubal anomalies are very rare and generally not amenable to surgical treatment. As a result of scarcity of data in literature regarding surgical strategies for management of variants of unicornuate uterus, there has not been much advance in the treatment options.
