Aims and Objectives : To evaluate the role of combined approach using laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in the evaluation of female infertility. Material and Methods : This was a retrospective study done in tertiary level hospital. The records of 110 patients who had undergone both hysteroscopy and laparoscopy were studied. Results : Out of 110 patients 72 (65.4%) were found to have normal findings on both laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. Hysteroscopy showed abnormal findings in 21 patients (19%) and failed in 2 cases where as laparoscopy showed abnormal findings in 34 patients ( 30.9%) and failed in one. 4 patients had only abnormal hysteroscopic findings with normal laparocopy.
