Aims And Objectives : To find out the prevalence of complete and partial HELLP syndrome and to analyse the maternal complications and perinatal outcome in mothers with complete and partial HELLP syndrome. Materials And Methods : Tliis study was conducted in (he department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics,I.P.G.M.E.R from 1" April 2008 till date. 95 subjects having preeclampsia were selected from both indoor and outdoor .They were subjected to detailed history .clinical examination and appropriate investigations lo find out the features of HELLP syndrome ,both complete and partial.
