Objective : A prospective study to determine efficacy of entonox in labour analgesia and to determine Maternal and fetal outcome, at SRMC and RI. Materials And Methods : 200 patients admitted to labour ward in SRMC and RI, were randomly allocated into tow groups. Entonox was administered to the group-I and group-II was taken as control. No other analgesia was administered in both groups. Methods : Entonox was used from a demand aparatus which is self administered by the patient. Assessment of pain done by VAS . (Visual analogue scale) and CRY Scoring. INCLUSION CRITERIA:- 1.Low risk women in active phase of labour (with Cx - 3cm dialated, after ARM if liquor is clear).
