(NRHM & NUHM) Methods : 1)Obstetric History of Patient 2)Clinical Examination of the Patient. 3)Laboratory investigations of patients.2) Results : 1)Total Admissions for delivery 14.766 patients. 2)Normal Deliveries 11275, 76.36% 3)3491 patients had complicated as Caesarian Section deliveries ,abortion , still birth, Ante partum . port part urn hemorrhage i.e. 23.60 %. 4)Low birth weight babies as 6.9 % less than 2 kg. 5)Severely anemic patients under 7 gm.
