Objective(s): To study the role of cerebroumbilical ratio in PIH cases. Method(s) : Hundred women with PIH between 30-40 weeks of gestation with singleton pregnancy and vertex presentation were enrolled in the study group and hundred women with no obsetetrical and medical complications with singleton pregnancy and vertex presentation were enrolled as control group. Both group were subjected to serial USG and doppler studies(PI) of umbilical and middle cerebral arterty and the ratio of two indices were calculated.
