HIV/AIDS epidemic has greatly exceeded earlier predictions and it has the potential to affect all countries mid all population groups. About 95% of all HIV' AIDS infected people are living in developing countries. Objective : fhe main objective is to study the various services delivered for all pregnant women attending antenatal clinic and to identify the risk determinants of parent lo child transmission. Method : A Retrospective study of all the pregnant women attending at ANC at tertiary Hospital M. S. Ramaiah Medical Teaching Hospital Bangalore from January 1st 2003 lo December 3 Isi 2007. The records of all the pregnant women attending the antenatal clinic were used for analysis.
