From the abstract

24 yrs old, primigravida at 28 weeks gestation, came with complaints of lump in the left axilla since 1 month. Initially small gradually increasing in size. Not associated with fever or pain. No H/O loss of weight or appetite. On examination she had a firm, mobile, non tender, (Left axilla) swelling measuring 3x4 cms. Patient was admitted on 10.9.08 and evaluated. Two doses of steroids given. Chest X- Ray with abdominal shielding showed normal study. On 13.9.08, Excision biopsy of left axillary lymphnodes done. HPE report showed F/S/O Hodgkin's lymphoma, mixed cellularity.
