Aims & Objectives : To study the effect of L-Arginine on Amniotic fluid volume Materials and Methods : Study was conducted for a period of one yearInclusion criteria : All pregnancy irrespective of age parity and period of gestation and patient with second trimester scan showing API 6-8 on single sonography. Total patients studied were 77 and study was conducted from 2007-2008. Result : L-Arginine was effective in managment of oligohydraminos.
