Objectives : The aim of the study is to assess - Doppler data findings in predicting adverse pregnancy outcome like PIH and IUGR. - To correlate Doppler data with abnormal fetal outcome. Methods : This prospective study was conducted in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology (A.V.B.R.H), Sawangi (Meghe), Wardha on 100 women over a period of one and a half years. S/D ratio and Rl of Uterine and umbilical artery flow velocity form in women with singleton pregnancy between 26 to 30 weeks of gestation were studied. .In uterine artery presence or absence of early diastolic notch is noted. In umbilical artery absent diastolic flow or reverse diastolic flow is noted.
