Introduction : In present day practice there is inclining trend towards minimally invasive surgery. So for benign uterine pathology NDVH has become popular. After basic experience in NDVH, we tried one step ahead, clampless NDVH. Aims and Objectives : i)To study the feasibility of performing clampless NDVH in benign uterine pathology ii) To note post operative outcome iii) To note cost effectiveness. Materials and Methods : Total no of 40 cases were iaken for study during period of may 2006 loOct 2006. In Govt. medical college, Nanded. Patient selected for NDVH under went clampless NDVH.
