Introduction: Uterine septum is the most frequently encountered uterine malformation. Prevalence varies from 1% in patients with infertility to 3.3% in patients with recurrent pregnancy loss. Materials and Methods: In a retrospective study we are presenting the clinical presentations of 51 patients with uterine septum. Uterine septum present with recurrent pregnancy loss, infertility and preterm labour. They were treated by hysteroscopic metroplasty. Results: 57% patients had infertility, 21% had recurrent pregnancy loss and 11% had both symptoms. The conception rate following hysteroscopic metroplasty is 40% and the live birth rate is 32% patients.
