Introduction: Hemalocolpos are rare anomalies of female genital tract. True incidence is unknown. But reported to be 0.1% to 0.38%. Lesions are due to failure of canalization of hymen and developing vegina. This clinical entity is the most treatable condition observed in young girls. If this condition is neglected, progresses to haematometra and hematosalphinx with irreparable damage to the genital structures. Case Report : Miss. G, aged Hyears, born to non consanguinous parents with normal milestones from birth not attended menarche, presented with cyclical pain abdomen for 6 months duration, relieved by medications.
