ANGIOMYOFIBROBLASTOMA is an angioma with fibroblastic tissue between the vascular structures. It was first described by FLETCHER in 1992. It is a benign slow growing tumour with indolent behavior, seen in young to middle age women at vulvovaginal region. The optimal therapy is surgical resection. A case of 13-year-old unmarried girl presented with asymptomatic, mobile, gradually increasing, soft swelling with smooth margin, extending over entire right labia, without any pulsation and vascularity. All hematological, biochemical investigation with trasabdominal sonogaphy was normal. Surgical excision was done and pathological specimen suggestive of ANGIOMYOFIBROBLASTOMA.
