48 years old women diagnosed as a case of Utero vaginal prolapse of the third degree with decubitus ulcer treated by daily packing with betadine solution for 20 days developed cauliflower growth at the ulcer site which was diagnosed histopathologically as squamaous cell carcinoma of the vagina and treated with radiotherapy. The occurrence of squamous cell carcinoma in a decubitus ulcer of UV proplapse is rare hence, being presented.
