Introduction : Angiomyxoma is a rare mesenchymal tumor which is locally aggressive .It is usually seen in women < 40 years of age. It mostly involves vulva and contiguous sites like vagina ,anal mucosa and pelvis.It has a benign course but local recurrences have been reported. Case: A 38 year old P3L3 women presented with huge vulval mass involving both labia majora,clitoris,lower 1cm of vagina and anal mucosa.It began as a pea sized nodule in the paraurethral region and gradually progressed to present size over the period of 10 years.Initially she was asymptomatic but now complained of difficulty in walking and dyspareunia.Ultrasound pelvis was done which showed mass confined to the vulva…
