Aims & Objectives : To study feasibility, blood loss, operative time, surgical complications and post operative morbidity in the pafienis requiring hysterectomies for benign conditions with uterine size > 12 weeks gestefion. Materials And Methods : 30 patients requiring his hysterectomies for benign conditions the uterine size of d12 weeks and more. Inclusion Criteria •All cases with uterine size < 20 weeks •Malignancy excluded •Any fibroid < 20 weeks irrespective of size. •No adnexal pathology. Results : All patients were operated successfully vaginally. None required laparotorny. Average time and blood loss less than abdominal hysterectomies. Complications nil.
