From the abstract

A 22 year old primigravida with 29 weeks of pregnancy came with headache, BP 140/lOOmmHg and vulval oedema++. On admission she had a single episode of tonic clonic seizures lasting for 10 mins. Urine albumin was 2+ other investigations were within normal limits. Patient then went under cardio respiratory arrest. Patient came out of arrest after 30 mins of CPR. Patient was on ventillatory support for 15 days and then for 2 months in ICU with significant neurological deficit but slowly improving. Today patient is conscious, well oriented, sitting comfortably, on physiotherapy, talking to all relatives and having full control of bladder.
