Mullerian duct anomalies are estimated to occur in 0.1 -0.5% of women. The true prevalence is unknown because anomalies usually are discovered in patient presenting with infertility. Full term pregnancies have occurred in patients with bicornuate , septate or didelphys uterus. Uterine duplication anomalies result when mullerian ducts fuse incompletely. In this case, multiparous women with two term deliveries, first full term delivery and second term breech delivery presented with 28 weeks pregnancy with intrauterine fetal death. She was tried with induction of labor with extra amniotic ethacridine lactate at periphery hospital and then reffered to us for failure to deliver.
