Mrs. H. aged 23 yrs, came with history of amenorrhoea 7 1A months. She was appreciating fetal movements well. Menstrual history : AOM — 13 yrs, previous cycles irregular since 6 months Marital history: Married since January 2007,11° consanguinity, no h/o of use of contraception Obstetric history : Primigravida, 1st trimester -conceived spontaneously was not aware of pregnancy, h/o of vaginal bleeding-in form of clots in 3 months. Hnd Trimester: confirmed at 5 month by scan SLIUG 7th months scan showed Clitoromegaly with CAH & single umbilical artery. LMP- 26-03-2007 Past Medical history : Pt was treated by Endocrinologists for increased hair growth all over the body and for PCOD.
