Objective : NDVH is one of the best mode of hysterectomy for the competent surgeons with certain limitations, particularly for the big fibroids(18-28 weeks size). This study was done to see the feasibility of MAH for removing large fibroid uterus (18-28 weeks size) without any descent. Patients & Methods : All the patients required hysterectomy for the benign conditions with the size of upto 18 weeks without any descent were done via the vaginal route (NDVH) successfully by morcellation, wedge debulking, bisection of the uterus, or by myomectomy with prior Hydrodesection.
