Objectives : To analyze gynaecological problems in geriatric patients attending GOPD at St. Martha's Hospital, Bangalore from 1999 to 2008 (10 year study). Methods : Clinical analysis of all the geriatric patients, attended GOPD during the period from 1999 to 2008, was done. Results : The incidence of patients above 60 years increased significantly during the end of last decade (from .05 to 0.5). Different gynaecological disorders in these patients were UV prolapse (40.5%), PMB (30%), Ovarian tumours (25.5%), Urinary problems with or without gynaecological disorders (35%). Two interesting cases of foreign body in the vagina were noted and one case of auto-amputation of UV prolapse.
