Objectives : Today we discuss about laparoscopic tools used in Total laparoscopic hysterectomy for different uterine pathology . With special interest we discuss a special but very simple device to cut the vaginal vault in TLH. We conclude these objectives in a demonstrative video presentation. Material & Methods : From Feb” 2005 to August” 2008 we have performed nearly about 565 TLH for different uterine pathology.All the patients for whom hysterectomy was chosen as the modality of treatment were included .Patients with uterocervical descent and medically unfit for anesthesia were excluded.A zero degree telescope was used along with three standardized ports .
