Miss p, a 16 year old girl presented with acute abdomen and primary amenorrhoea. Laparoscopy showed multiple endometriotic implants. Her cervix was non canalized and vagina was not formed well beyond the lower 1/3rd Normally, noncanalised cervix with primay amenorrhoea presents with haematosalpinx and haematometra, but this patient presented with endometriosis and abdominal pain. Subsequently, laparoscopically, a unipolar needle was passed through the anterior wall of the uterus, and the cervix was canalized by passing the neeble throughthe small non-canalised cervix about half inch long. She started menstruating from the next month onwards, although with severe dysmenorrhoea.
