Complications Are Known During Vagiinal Itysterectomy..Haemorrhage Ureteric And Bladder Injuries Accout For 1% complications. Aim-to Evaluate The Complicationsin Vaginal Hysterectomy And Find Solutions To Decrease Complications. 193cases Of Hysterectomy For Prolapse And 150 Cases Of Non Descent Hysterectomy Were Studied Conclusion-experience,patience,open Minds And Right selection Of Cases Reduces Complications.
