Introduction : Post partum hemorrhage (PPH ) is often life threatening unless prompt and effective action are taken when medical management fails ,surgical interventions are required like stepwise devascularisation and even hysterectomy. However compression sutures of uterus is very simple, safe and effective method to control PPH.
