Introduction : "No longer a child , not yet a woman" is a line which captures the ethos of adolescence beautifully. During this transitional period many external factors like malnourishment , early marriages, premarital sexual exposure may affect adolescent health to varying extent. An attempt was made in present study to note various adolescent problems in urban and rural areas . Aims and Objectives : To note 1.Adolescent health problems 2.Obstetric and Gynaecological Problems 3.Nutritional status of adolescents.
