Aim: To evaluate response of Human Menopausal Gonadotropin (HMG) in those patients who have had thin endometrium in previous cycles with Clomiphene citrate. Methods: This is a retrospective study analyzing patients of primary infertility with thin endometrium. (<6mm) during ovulation induction from period November 2007 to April 2008. The cause for thin endometrium was evaluated and tuberculosis ruled out. Patients were comparable in age, levels of FSH, number of follicles. A dose of 75IU of Human Menopausal Gonadotropin was administered on Day 7,8 and 9 of cycle along with Day 2-6 of Clomiphene citrate for ovulation induction.
