Objective: The aim of the study is to evaluate the feasibility of myomectomy during Caesarean section and the outcome of performing it during the same surgical event. Methods : The study was conducted in the department of OBGYN, Medical College & Hospitals, Kolkata from January 1998 to December 2007. A total of 28 cases of Caesarean myomectomy done during this period were included. Analysis was done with reference to age, parity, No of fibroid, location of fibroid, size of fibroid, time required, blood loss, post operative period and follow up after six weeks. Results: Both single as well as multiple myomas were enucleated during LSCS.
