Objective-To study the outcome of diagnostic hysteroscopy in various endometrial pathologies in postmenopausal women. Methods- Fortis is tertiary referral hospital covering the area of NCR and its territories ; it deals with the patients who are referred for specialized care .This is a retrospective study performed on 25 patients presented with postmenopausal bleeding and underwent diagnostic hysteroscopy in this tertiary referral hospital, during the period of one year from July 2007 & to June 2008. Indications, intra-operative findings , histopathology reports were analyzed.
