Introduction: Until recently, most gynecologists have shied away from performing the total laproscopic hysterectomy (TLH) because of technical challenges, prolonged operative time and longer learning curve. Thus more and more gynecologist are inclined to perform either difficult non-descent vaginal hysterectomy or laproscpopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH), which itself has got its limitations. Thus need of hour is to learn the art of TLH. But the big question was, can this art be mastered by most gynecologist? We would like to share our experience of this journey where learning this art became our passion.
