Introduction-Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. This junctional stage is very important in the lifeline of an adolescent girl as there am several important changes occur in her body and mind. She look different and the world looks her a little different. Care of adolescent means strong foundation for adult. Pregnancy at this stage is a great burden for her because her body and mind is not prepared to bear pregnancy. Objective: To study maternal and fetal outcome in pregnancy under twenty year in a rural hospital.
