A 34 yrs. Old mohmedian unmarried lady came with c/o menorrhagia and dysmenorrhoea with multiple fibroids since 4-5 months in march 2008. she is a known case of hypothyroidism. Past H/O myomectomy done by me on 18/8/2004. Relatives demanded re-myomectomy. Alternative of "Mirena" LNG-IUS was given & kept after hysteroscopic confin- nation that cavity was not distorted with fibroids. Follow after 4 months., patient has oligornenorrhoea & no dysmenorrhoea. Satisfaction of patient is very good and uterus is preserved.
