A rare presentation on an uterine my metrial abscess without any accountable cause. Mrs. G, 57 years old, post menopausal lady presented with H/o increased pain right lower abdomen for a period of 15 days with increasing intensity. Nil significant past history. O/E afebrile, vitals stable P/A abdomen soft tenderness more in right iliac region P/V uterus not freely mobile & hard feeling felt at pouch of douglas P/S&P/R-NAD USG Showed A cystic mass of 5x5 cm not separately made out from the uterus with internal septations pushing the endometrial cavity aside blood investigations ITC & ESR mantoux negative differential diagnosis chronic appendicitis with pelvic abscess ?
