From the abstract

17 yrs unmarred girl came two years back with a lump in abdomen accompanied with pain, In Per Abdomen: 32-34 weeks size mass felt, Solid in Consistency with smooth surface, Non tender, mobile side to side, arising from pelvis , No evidence of any free fluid. On Per rectal examination there was no nodularity/ Free fluid in POD. USG : was suggestive of Large Left Ovarian Cyst . Explorative lapratomy was done and A solid mass measuring 30 x 20 cm originating from Left ovary was removed there was no evidence of any hemorrhage inside or outside the tumor and along with peritoneal fluid was sent for HPE and biopsy.
