Aims& Objectives: To review our management of Adenexal Mass with the introduction of Laparoscopic service. Method : A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of Adenexal Mass managed at our hospital from June, 2003 -June,2007 was done. Pre-operative evaluation of cases was done with Ca 125 level, USG & Colour Doppler. Cases showing features of malignancy on USG were not taken in this study. Post operatively HPR of every specimen was done. Result : In this study, 72% ofpatients were between 30-40 years of age. 22% were between 20-30 years of age and 6% were less than 20 yrs. of age.
