Maternal and perinatal mortality and morbidity -PATWARDHAN'S TEMNIQUE introducedin 1957 is safe method of delivery of Jammed head in LSCS. Technique : Incision over lower segment is made at the level of Anterior Shoulder of the baby and extended on both side by scissor -upward curved manner. Anterior shoulder is delivered along with arm by hooking finger; posterior shoulder is rotated forward and delivered similarly.
