Compare the efficacy of different doses of mifepristone (200/100mg) in combination with 400 microgram of misoprostol vaginally 24 hours after taking mifepristone. Methods : A total of 60 patients were enrolled in the study and divided in 2 groups of 25 each. Pregnancy of <49 days and single intra uterine pregnancy were included. Group 1 received mefipristone 100 mg oral+ 400 microgram misoprostol vaginally. Group 2 mefipristone 200 mg oral+ 400 microgram misoprostol vaginally. Tab misoprostol 400 microgram rdrepeated vaginally on 3 day if indicated. ndResult : Complete abortion was achieved in 96.66 % in group 2 and 93.33 % in group 1 subjects.
