Aim of our study to analyse maternal , Perinatal Mortality and morbidity of our hospital case a private sector like us take part in RCH -11 programme of Government - Method : Surnmerisation of all pregnant women admitted in our hospital from Jan. 1998 to Jan . 2008. Results : MMR 156/100000 live birth morbidity 3 fold , perinatal mortality 21/1000 live birth. Morbidity -9/1000 live birth, Rural cases contribute 90% only 10% from Urban area out of which 60% were for medical Termination of pregnancy. Anemia is not a contributing cause in our series. Of MMR 66.6% of the death is unpreventable only 33.3% would have been prevented if transportation would have been rapid.
