From the abstract
Objective: This study was conducted to compare the outcome of planned vaginal, planned caesarian section and failed vaginal trial amongst patients with selected term breech presentations. Material and Methods: This prospective study was carried out in RIMS, Imphal from Ist January 2006 to 31st June 2007. 210 patients with uncomplicated term singleton breech presentations were included. They were divided into three groups.
