Rest of the parameters (post-operative-oral feeding, analgesics ambulation, hospital stay, etc) were equally encouraging for both the groups. Conclusion : By applying 'Aqua Dissection Technique' NDVH becomes technically quite easy, blood loss becomes very minimal and operating time is also reduced. With this technique NDVH becomes less problematic even for bigger size uterus . with relative conyraindication.
