Aim: Study on 60 couples from Jan 2007 -Jan 2008. To prove efficacy, success of 7500 IU HCG for triggering ovulation followed by IUI in Clomiphene resistant anovulatory infertile women stimulated with gonadotrophins Material And Methods: 60 couples 25-39 years Consent, History, BMI recorded. Looked for thyroid, galactorrhea, hirsuitsm, acanthosis nigricans. Tubal factors, Male factor evaluated. USG done. Protocol: D2 FSH 150 IU intramuscularly. D3 -DT 100 mg CC orally. D6,D7,D8 HMG 75 IU followed by follicular study. Follicle number, size, endometrial thickness noted. When dominant follicle 18 mm. HCG 7500 IU Intramuscularly and E2 done.
