Objective of the study : To evaluate the efficacy of amnion graft after neoconstruction of vagina in Mayer Rokitansky Kuster Hauser Syndrome Material & Methods : Study includes four cases of MRKH syndrome reported at Govt Hospitals attached to Bangalore Medical College from Sept- 2006 to Sept-2008. Observation & Results:All of them came with the same complaints primary amenorrhea. O/E they had normal secondary sex characters with absent vagina. One of them was a married woman and others were not married.Karyotyping revealed 46xx in all .USG showed either absent uterus / infantile uterus. But laparoscopy revealed presence of rudimentary uterus in three cases.
