From the abstract
Case of 48 years female, with complain of pain in lower abdomen. Since 3 months, hirsutism, male pattern of obesity, voice change. On colour Doppler she had left ovarian mass 7.2 X 7X6.3cm complex solid mass. Testosterone levels were found to be raised. Total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingoopherectomy was done. Followed by relief of symptoms. Histopathology report was found to be correlating with preoperative investigations.
