From the abstract
Objective : To assess the predisposing factors of spontaneous preterm tabour and perinatal complications. Methods : A total of 150 pregnant women in spontaneous preterm tabour were analyzed for risk factors by detailed history taking, clinical examination and relevant investigations over a period of 2 years. Analysis of data is made by statistical parameters like mean, standard deviations, standard error and T-test for significance.
