Objective(s) :Evaluating the role of partogram in management of labour in previous caesarean section cases, and to evaluate the role of action line, alert line on partograph in monitoring the progress of labour and the role of IDR and ADR on feto- maternal outcome. Method(s) : Over a period of one year, 100 women with previous one caesarean section were studied and were given tria of labour. This -was plotted or partograph, IDR and ADR calcuiated and feto-maternal outcome noted. Result(s) :Primiparous women had 77.4% successful VBAC as compared to multipara (with prior vaginal delivery) who had 96.55% successful VBAC.
