Objective : Pregnancy associated with the wide apectrum of hacmolytic ancmias is signific antly prevalent in many parts of Eastern India. The spectrum of hacmolytic ancmias include membrance defects, cnzymc defect immunc mediated varictics and hemoglobinopathica and is charactrised by ancmia jaundic, splenomegly or their combination.
