Aim : Outcome Of Pretreatment Of Krimson35(cyproterone Acetate) In PCOS Undergoing IVF And IUI Method :15 Women with PCOS were given TB. Krimson 35 for 3-6 mths cycle after doing hormone assay leuteinizing hormone,follicle - stimulating hormonejestosterone. Basic ultrasound was done to know the size of ovary and number of follicles. Cyproterone acetate was given for 3-6 months for patients who were undergoing treatment for IVF and IVI number of retrieved oocytes, oocyte maturity, fertilization rates, embryo quality and the outcome of pregnancy was evaluated.10 women underwentiui and 5 l nderwentivf. Result: LH levels,testosteron e levels decreased after using cyproterone acetate.
