Case report: A 39 year old woman presented with abnormal uterine bleeding for past four years and pain lower abdomen for past three months. Abdominal examination revealed an irregular, firm to hard well defined non tender mass of around 16 week uterine size arising from pelvis with restricted mobility. On p/v examination same mass was felt separate from the uterus. Investigations-USG showed normal uterus with ET-8mm.A cystic mass of 9xI lxl3cm in left adenexa, with no evidence of calcification. CECT showed same mass maintaining surrounding fat planes and no lymph node enlargement. PAP Smear- AGUS, CA-125-30.51U/ml, Endometrial Biopsy-Adenoacanthoma.
