Introdution: P I H the greatest enigma in obstetrics. Major cause of maternal mortality and morbidity and perinatal mortality and morbidity particularly in developing countries Material And Methods : Its is retrospective study of 100 patients which includes 50 study and 50 control . Study group were with blood pressure more than 140/90 and control group were with blood pressure less than 120/80 at the time of delivery. Patient were studied for screening test to predict mild P I H which includes B P between 120/80 and 140/90mmHg, dbuminuria, edema feet, weigth gain, and raised serum uric acid.
